Iyengar yoga of Asia Community Gathering

Many Iyengar yoga and senior teachers from Asia gathered at BKS IYENGAR YOGA SHALA and generously shared their deep knowledge and experience. We were blessed with such a valuable opportunity and learned that there are many different ways to approach yoga. I am looking forward to using this experience to practice hard and share it with my own students.
